FINAL NEGOTIATIONS AND OFFER

Once the finalist candidate has been selected, we are available to assist in negotiations and the final offer; our impartial third-party status allows us to facilitate the negotiation process in this sometimes-sensitive area. We maintain regular contact with you and the successful candidate to ensure the transition process goes smoothly and that you are completely satisfied with the new hire. We assume responsibility for the success of each new executive we place with your organization.

The collective experience of our consultants comes as a great strength while fulfilling various requirements from developer level to project manager and strategic roles. REFERENCE CHECK

We conduct a comprehensive reference check on the finalist candidate before an offer is made. Whenever possible we consult two or more references: representing subordinates, superiors, and peers. In addition, we verify academic degrees and professional designations.
